What we collect

When you send a form on this site we receive what you type: your name, contact details, your preferred language and contact method, and any message. The enrollment form asks for your child’s first name, grade and school. The Ambassador application also asks for a portrait photo and, for minors, a parent or guardian’s consent.

How we use it

Only to respond to you and to run the program you asked about: enrollment, sponsorship, volunteering, partnerships or the Ambassador Program. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

Where it goes

Forms are processed by Netlify (our website host and form service) and delivered to LLC staff by email and a private dashboard. Our email provider also processes those messages. These service providers act on our instructions and do not use your information for their own purposes. Uploaded photos are stored privately and are never published unless you gave a separate media release.

Donations

This site never collects card numbers. Donations happen on a hosted page run by Archdiocese of Miami Development, which has its own privacy policy.

Children

We collect only what staff need to follow up with a parent or guardian. Please do not enter medical details or identification numbers in a form; share them with staff in person.

Photos on this site

Photos show students and staff at program activities and were previously published by LLC. To request removal of a photo, contact us and we will act within 5 business days.

Analytics and cookies

This site does not set advertising cookies. If basic, privacy-respecting analytics are enabled, no form content, names or contact details are ever included.

Retention and your rights

Inquiries and applications are kept for the program year they relate to and reviewed for deletion each year after that. Enrollment records follow the retention rules of our funders. You may ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it by contacting the address below.
